We are looking for a proactive and strategic Retail Account Manager to drive and support our retail strategy and execution. In this role, you will work closely with our SVP of Sales to manage relationships with all retail partners, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency while driving sales growth and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company and contribute to the expansion of MAËLYS in the retail market.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…


  • Manage and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and events, to ensure optimal performance across retail channels.
  • Monitor and reconcile retailer marketing and expense budgets, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all retail touchpoints.
  • Assist in project briefs and timelines to support retail expansion and sales efforts.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess sales performance, develop growth strategies, and contribute to planning and forecasting activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on brand objectives.

You will thrive in this role if you have…


  • In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, with experience in various retail models being a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of retail experience in beauty retail; ULTA experience is required.
  • Experience supporting new product launches and executing retail marketing programs.
  • Experience managing and optimizing budgets and sales targets within a retail environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • A passion for the beauty and retail industries and a desire to drive growth and innovation.
  • A strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Bachelor's Degree.


Salary Range: 90,000 - 110,000 $ annually
