As a Senior Brand Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of MAËLYS across all brand touchpoints. You’ll partner closely with the creative, product, and marketing teams to craft compelling, on-brand designs that drive engagement and build brand love. You’re a design expert who brings fresh ideas, sharp execution, and high standards—without needing to lead a team.


Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

  • Have a key role in visual design projects across the digital, print, and web assets of the brand.
  • Provide your creative input and feedback to elevate design quality across the team—helping raise the creative bar
  • Lead by example through high-quality execution and strong design thinking.
  • Maintain and evolve MAËLYS’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Drive the visual conception and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Champion best practices in design, staying up-to-date on trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align on the brand's vision and strategy.
  • Create visual concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, bringing new inspiration and ideas to the team.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining brand guidelines, design systems, and templates.


You will thrive in this role if you have…

  • 3-5 years of experience as a brand, marketing, or graphic designer—preferably in e-commerce or product-driven environments.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing design and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma (a must-have!).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator—After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience with print design (magazines, company events, billboards, etc.) .
  • Experience with product design, and UX/UI - an advantage.
  • Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong design, color, and composition abilities.
